FULL PLANNING

Up to three coordinators on the day-of.
Wedding day timeline.

Vendor communication via email or phone up to 18 months prior to your event.
10 one-hour long video call planning sessions prior to your event.
Weekly 30 minute phone call check ins the month leading up to the event date.
3 in-person venue walkthrough, tasting, or design mock up.
Buget management.
Attire and rental return.
Decor design, guidance, and recommendations.
Unlimited digital design mock ups & floor plans.
Vendor referrals and vendor scouting.
